Deposits
Pretty Faces Studio accepts Cash/Zelle as forms of payment. For credit card payments, please be aware that a $5.00 processing fee will be added to your service total.
All clients must provide a deposit of $22.50* to book any service. All appointment deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
*includes a processing fee of $2.50.
Pretty Faces Studio values your time and asks the same, therefore a 10-minute grace period will be granted. Once the grace period has passed with no check-in, your appointment will be considered cancelled.
Emergencies happen and if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a notice of cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hrs. or same-day as scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
Clients that do not honor their appointment time, without notice, will no longer be able to book with Pretty Faces.
