Deposits
Pretty Faces Studio accepts Cash/Zelle as forms of payment. For credit card payments, please be aware that a $5.00 processing fee will be added to your service total.
All clients must provide a deposit of $65 to book any service. All appointment deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
Pretty Faces Studio values your time and asks the same, therefore a 10-minute grace period will be granted. Once the grace period has passed with no check-in, your appointment will be considered cancelled.
Emergencies happen and if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a notice of cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hrs. or same-day as scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients that do not honor their appointment time, without notice, will no longer be able to book with Pretty Faces.
